2.1. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
2.3. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local laws and regulations.
3.1. Each month, participants may enter the Simplify Living Monthly Giveaway from the 1st day to the last day of the calendar month.
3.2. The total prize pool for this promotion is capped at $3,000 AUD ($500 per month for up to six months). Once this limit is reached, the competition will conclude, unless Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd chooses to end it earlier.
3.3. Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.1. To enter the Monthly Giveaway, participants must:
Post an original travel image featuring a Simplify Living product on Instagram or Facebook as either a post or story.
Tag @simplifyliving_shop (Instagram) or Simplify Living (Facebook) in the post or story.
Ensure their account is public so entries can be viewed.
4.2. Each unique post is counted as one (1) entry. Participants may enter multiple times with different content.
4.3. By entering, participants grant Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and publicly display their submitted content (including images, videos, and captions) for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising.
4.4. Participants waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
5.1. Monthly Giveaway: The Simplify Living marketing team will select the winner based on:
Stunning and creative travel photography.
Originality and visual impact.
How well the image aligns with the Simplify Living brand.
5.2. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6.1. Monthly Prize: $500 AUD (or equivalent in local currency) paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 days of winner announcement.
6.2. Currency conversions are based on exchange rates at the time of prize issuance.
6.3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
7.1. The Monthly Giveaway winner will be announced on the 5th of the following month via Simplify Living's official social media accounts.
7.2. Winners will also be contacted via direct message. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
8.1. Personal details provided by winners will only be used for prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. By entering, participants agree to Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd using their content and social media handles for promotional purposes.
9.1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
9.2. Hope E-Commerce Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
